RETURN POLICY
We understand that returns happen!
Items eligible for a refund may be returned within 7 days of delivery and/or purchase for a shop credit.
Requests for item/order cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis, and processed as a shop credit only.
Daily deals, Pre-orders, any items marked final sale, and sale items are final sale.
Undergarments (bras, shapewear, etc), Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hair accessories, etc) Bath and Body, Market Monday purchases and Food items are final sale unless defective.
Items must be in new condition, unwashed, and unworn. Free from smells and pet hair.
You must email us at mombossboutique@outlook.com using the subject RETURN in the subject line. Please indicate why you re returning your item and include tracking information if applicable.
